Forgotten Dog Chained In Dirt For 5 Years Encounters Real Life Angel

Mandy and her husband were doing some work on a house when they saw a dog through the fence. The homeowners said that the dog had been chained outside for at least 5 years. Mandy and her husband went straight over. They noticed that the poor dog had no food or water. He just stood there, in the dirt, on a chain- the only life he knew.
