    Did you know that gum disease is the most common disease affecting pet dogs? Estimates show that more than two-thirds of dogs over three years old have some form of periodontal disease. This disease can be silently destructive, eating away the supporting structures around the teeth without apparent signs and symptoms until it's gone past the point for reversing its effects.
